The graphene electric heating system adopts the latest research and development results of Germany. It adopts graphene and 20 kinds of trace metal elements, and is uniformly attached to the PET film through a special spraying process. The thickness is less than 0.5mm, and the product is powered by 24V voltage. The core of the system is a new nano carbon fiber composite film of about 0.1 mm thick and about 600 mm wide. By applying a voltage to the conductive fiber of the carbon material, it is possible to efficiently radiate heat energy in an infrared manner. The film is a very dense mesh structure that ensures uniform heating and material damage.

The entire system is simple in structure and consists of a membrane, a transformer, a temperature controller and a power cord.
